Mic doesnt work

Am I the only one that notices that about once every 10-14 days the app isnt on in the morning? It crashes and just shuts down.
The other issue which is usually once a week or a little greater is that the microphone wont work. When you set it youll notice the "sound bar" just remains flat as if there is no noise. Very frustrating. Sometimes starting/stopping helps or rebooting the phone but this time nothing helped. Please fix these issues or contact me, Id be happy to help anyway I can as I bet Im not the only one with this problem!
