Great? Yes! Works? Well...
Im kinda sitting on the fence about this app. I really like the sleep tracker (I love data, and this app can give you LOTS of it) and the waking up part really worked... for like two weeks, then my brain got used to it. But I still manage to get up less tired, so hey, its still something!
So if youre unsure, I say give it a shot, but Im not overly enthusiastic about it either.
