Russian language broke UI on 5s

I really love this app, but when I saw how it looks with the Russian interface... Its terrible! Text extends beyond the screen, the graphics have become less and not aesthetic. And I cant figure out how to change language back to English in app.

Please, fix this bugs and add possibility to choose language manually.

And one more thing. I can switch off the alarm and fall asleep again. The statistic doesnt include this hours of sleeps. It will be great if u find the way to check wake I up or not. And, if not, continue to gather the statistics data.
