Love that it analyzes my sleep patterns!
I do wake up feeling more refreshed, although I wish it would explain more about why my sleep quality is 56% one night and 86% another. Is it possible to get 100%? And what about the activity/steps? Did it track me during the day even when the app was shut off? Cant imagine having made 14.000 steps in my sleep. Maybe I need to research more :) bottom line, love the app
