Great choices for alarm wake up, they wake you gradually with increasing volume. Im not sure if it can tell when Im laying awake quietly in bed, it thinks Im asleep. Otherwise it tracks sleep length and quality well.

Ive been using this app for years and it never disappoints. Its so hard to find an app that provides sleep aids and can alarm at the same time. Would definitely recommend.
Its good but I would like if u could add different sounds such as whale sounds or cozy train sounds

A well thought out app for sleep tracking. Would like to see more variety in comments section. I havent had it for long but I like what I have seen so far.
Ive used so many alarm apps out there, I can say with full confidence that this is the only one that works for me(Im a heavy sleeper). Other than that its just a good app in general, tracking sleeping patterns and heart rate. 10/10 in my eyes
I have never used anything like this before to track my sleep. I found the app very easy to use and I enjoy using it.

Unfortunately I tried the app and after 30 days I got auto charged into the premium version. I thought that the "if you forget Ill upgrade you tactic" was only used with tv subscribers and credit cards. Well these guys took my money for an app I have not used in 25 days. :-(

Biggest benefit is the focus that is put on the importance of sleep.
