My most frequently used app

I use this app on a nightly basis to get better sleep, track my sleep, and to encourage me to get more sleep when I notice my trends are poor. It has allowed me to identify certain factors that affect my sleep negatively so that I can correct them. I used to wake up quite groggy in the morning but now that has changed with this app.

Stole my money.

Love the app however I paid for the premium and when I try to use the app it says I didnt pay for the premium. I contacted them and nobody responded back to me. Use the app just dont pay for premium

Im finally never groggy during the day. Whenever the soothing alarm goes off, I feel like I was literally just about to wake up anyway. Awesome!!

I have used so many other sleeping apps and they did not work, until I found sleep cycle. It tell you how good your sleep was, how much time in bed, and much more. I highly recommend you get this app.

I love the app but I have one complaint. There is too little available in the unpaid version of this app. Please make more available to us poor people.

Its honestly a great app, but there is so more it could have, like writing stuff down before or while youre in bed to remind yourself what to do when you wake up, and if it could run with IFTTT, then so many doors would open.

Great app!

Allows me to see trends and how long and well Im sleeping. Love the extras like sounds to go to sleep to and heart rate. Gives me the actual reality of my sleep which lowers anxiety about whether or not Im getting enough.

Great customer service!

I had two alarms going off at the same time, thinking one was from the iPhone alarm and one from this app. Long story short, I contacted the developers of this app thinking there was something wrong with their app. Turns out, it was my bedtime alarm that was going off at the same time. I was impressed that, even though it had nothing to do with their app, they still helped me figure out the problem! You guys rock! Great app!

Seems pretty accurate

I was skeptical about an app tracking my sleep but based on almost a month of use, Im surprised how it seems to be tracking my sleep and awake patterns well.

Excellent app!

I use this app every night. It helps me tailor what I do to get the best sleep possible, which is so important for weight loss, cell regeneration, mental sharpness, etc. The statistics are excellent for identifying trends. By using this app I was able to greatly improve my sleep & avoid an expensive sleep study. The app helps me wake in a calm fashion--no more blaring beeps that jar me awake. I definitely recommend this app to anyone!

Getting back on track

This app has been extremely beneficial in many arenas. This app has helped my quality of sleep, brought to my attention the amount little amount of sleep I get, as well as the quality of the little sleep I do get. Thanks to this app, sleep has officially become a priority again. Not only for health, but overall wellbeing.

I love the way it wakes me up in the morning, peaceful, and calm, and its also very interesting to get an idea of how bad or well your sleeping. Thanks for this app.

Seems Nice

The app is fun and it is neat to look at my sleep quality each night. My only reservations are (1) I do not entirely understand how it is calculating sleep quality, and if I do not know how it is calculated I cannot figure out how to improve my sleep quality; and (2) it only picks up on your "awake" time if it can hear you. I got out of bed for a dink of water and I marked that time as "deep sleep".
